1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SkillGorila Learning Pvt. Ltd. ("SkillGorila", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the SkillGorila website, mobile experiences and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course or career track, submitting a lead or enquiry form, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and enrol in our programs.
• If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you may use the Platform only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts with false or misleading information.

3. Accounts & Credential Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password) and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Do not share your credentials with anyone else. One account is for one individual learner — group or classroom sharing of a single account is not permitted unless covered by a separate B2B agreement.
• Notify us immediately at support@skillgorila.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Courses, Content & Licence

All courses, career tracks, recorded lectures, live sessions, projects, assignments, quizzes, syllabi and other materials on the Platform ("Content") are owned by SkillGorila or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

• Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
• You may not download, record, copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, resell, broadcast or exploit any Content — in whole or in part — without our prior written permission.
• Your licence to access a batch remains valid for the duration of that batch and its associated access window communicated at enrolment. Access windows may vary by program.
• We may update, improve or replace Content, schedules, mentors and curriculum from time to time to keep programs industry-relevant.

5. Payments, Pricing & Taxes

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly stated otherwise and are payable in full before the applicable batch or course access begins.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST and any other statutory levies will be added at checkout as required by law. The amount displayed at the time of payment is the amount you will be charged.
• EMI, instalment or financing options, where offered, are provided by third-party providers and are governed by their separate terms; we are not a party to those arrangements.
• We may change program fees at any time, but changes will not apply retroactively to confirmed enrolments.

6. Certificates

On successfully completing a program — including meeting the minimum attendance, project submission and assessment criteria communicated to your batch — you will receive a SkillGorila certificate of completion. Certificates are issued in the name of the enrolled learner only, are non-transferable, and may be withheld or revoked if obtained through fraudulent means, plagiarism or misrepresentation. Certificates recognise completion of our training; they are not a guarantee of employment, a university degree, or a government-recognised qualification unless expressly stated.

7. User Content

• You retain ownership of anything you submit to the Platform — including assignment solutions, project work, reviews, testimonials, profile details and comments ("User Content").
• By submitting User Content, you grant SkillGorila a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display it for the purposes of operating, improving and promoting the Platform, including sharing learner success stories (we will seek additional consent before publishing personally identifiable stories).
• You represent that your User Content is your own or that you have the rights to submit it, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

8. Prohibited Use

When using the Platform, you agree NOT to:

• Share, resell or stream our live or recorded sessions to non-enrolled users.
• Circumvent, probe or breach any security or authentication measures of the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers to extract data or Content from the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with SkillGorila.
• Upload malicious code, spam, unlawful, defamatory, harassing or infringing material.
• Use the Platform to violate any applicable Indian or international law, including rules on cyber-security, data protection and intellectual property.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, fail to make due payments, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time by writing to us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including licences granted to us, disclaimers, liability limits and governing law) shall survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep schedules, mentors and platform features running smoothly, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillGorila disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Placement statistics and salary outcomes shared on the Platform reflect historical learner results and are not a guarantee of your individual outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkillGorila and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform or a program shall not exceed the amount of fees you actually paid to us for the program giving rise to the claim, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The "Last updated" date above shows when the latest changes took effect. Material changes will be notified on the Platform or by email to registered learners. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
